The PTA would like to wish all CWBS families a calm and restful summer break. Hopefully we will all have time to recharge and enjoy Hong Kong.
The PTA will open for business from 10am – 2pm on Monday 10th August and Tuesday 11th August. The students will resume school on Wednesday the 12th August. The PTA shop is a good place to ensure you have all your children’s stationery and uniform organised. We can also assist with school lunch and bus provision. Please note the PTA does not run the bus service and the procedures for buses and lunches can be found on the PTA section of the school website, along with all other PTA related information.
We will host coffee mornings for all new parents in the multipurpose room at 8.30am on the 12th and 13th August. Do join us for an informal introduction to what the PTA does, and meet new friends over a cup of coffee.
If you are interested in becoming a class contact, and are happy to keep up this role in the coming year, please attend our class contact meeting on Friday 28th August at 8.30 am.
We wish to improve our services for you as parents, and for our students, so if you can take a couple of minutes to complete this survey about the PTA we would be grateful. The link for the survey is here
Due to the unusual situation this year, PTA billing has been postponed and will be done on 1st August for the coming year. Fees for the 2020-21 school year will be reduced to $300 per family. Invoices will be sent online from PayPal and you will be able to settle online either with a credit card or through your own PayPal account.
PTA fees cover the costs of running the Limited Company and associated staff.
-We have a lot of second hand uniforms that we are selling at HK$20 a piece. The school is happy for students to wear the ‘old’ school uniform, so there is plenty of affordable kit to choose from.
We have a full range of samples for the new uniform in the PTA office. You can visit their website and order from www.schooluniform.hk
