PTA Billing of Fees
PTA fees for the academic year August 2019 – June 2020 will be billed this month. The fee remains at $320 per family and will be invoiced through PayPal billing. You will receive your invoice via an email sent to the parent listed as the primary contact on your school Gateway account. Please look out for the email and contact the PTA if you have any queries. All fees are due by 28th June 2019 and a late fee of $100 may be charged for late settlement.
Staff Appreciation Lunch 18th June
On the 18th June, Olivia Morley is coordinating the staff appreciation lunch once again and she needs a good range of nut-free, hot and cold dishes and desserts in order to provide a full buffet lunch to all the staff. There are about 100 people on the staff so we need everyone’s help on this! It is a great opportunity for parents to show their appreciation and thanks to teaching, admin and cleaning staff for all their hard work. Should you wish to donate, please contact Olivia directly on firstname.lastname@example.org or 9317 3990.
New Chairperson for the PTA
The PTA cannot run without a chairperson so if you would like to take on this role in the new academic year, please get in touch. It is a great way be involved with the school and help steer how we invest the funds raised back into the school to support the learning and enjoyment of the students. Please click here to read the job description for the Chairperson.
Thank you to all the class contact for their hard work over the past year. With their help, the PTA raised funds to buy new play equipment (Imagination Playground) and picnic benches, which have been a huge hit with the students.
If you would like to be a class contact for your child’s class next year, please contact the PTA. We require two contacts per class, to assist the PTA with events and volunteers. Talk to PTA staff if you would like to find out more about the role.
