Family Bingo

The Family Bingo 16th March was fun with many attendees, both parents and children. The evening was extended until 8pm due to the enthusiasm of the crowd. Huge thanks to Tara Delany for doing an amazing job as the Bingo Caller! We had many volunteers who supported this event – we couldn’t have done it without them. Many thanks to Olga Minakova as well for donating some prizes.

Sausage Sizzle

The Sausage Sizzle was a success last 23rd March with many parents who volunteered their time in cooking and sending the sausages and burgers to the classrooms. We appreciate their help as always so thank you.

Year Six Leavers Celebrations

We are requesting volunteers from  Year Six parents to be the organisers for the Year Six Bowling event, and Year Six  Leavers Party on the 26th and 27th June.  It is a very memorable event for the students, and a great way to get involved in the last part of your child’s time here with us at CWBS. Please contact the PTA if you are able to offer your time for this role.

Lost Property

All lost property that is remaining unlabelled items will now be recycled. Please take a little time over the holiday to check all items that come to school are clearly labelled with your child’s name and class. The PTA office sells laundry markers at $11 each to help make sure your children can be reunited easily with lost items of uniform.

PTA Shop

The PTA sells a variety of items, including stationery, lined white boards for handwriting practice, recorders, hair ties, second hand uniform, tennis balls, mosquito repellent, second hand books and DVDs. We also stock cards and wrapping paper.

The PTA wish you and your children an enjoyable and restful Easter Holiday.
