Staff Luncheon
Tuesday 10th December 2019
Thank you to those of you who have already said you can provide a dish for the staff lunch – we are still in need of more food donations please. This is a great opportunity for parents to show their appreciation and thanks to the teaching, admin and cleaning staff for all their hard work. Rachel Ip is coordinating and will need a good range of nut-free hot and cold dishes and desserts in order to provide full buffet lunch to all the staff. There are about 100 people on staff to provide for and we are grateful for everyone’s help on this!

Year 5 & 6 Social
The PTA is hosting a social for Year 5 & 6 students on Friday 29th November,
6 – 7:30pm.
There will be pizza and a disco party in the school hall. Please register using the following link: https://forms.gle/7nStzPqmCHqZ2aTv6
Prompt payment after registering, correctly labelled for easy identification, would be greatly appreciated! Everything you need to know is on the form.
Please let us know if you can help out. Volunteers are always needed to make these events a success It will be a fun evening for all involved.
Year 3 & 4 Social
We are planning to have the year 3 & 4 Social on the 17th of January 2020 from 6 -7.30pm, we are looking for someone to coordinate it. The PTA will assist in organising entertainment and ordering pizzas etc. Please let us know ASAP if you can you do it.
Box of Hope
Many thanks to everyone who sent in boxes for the Box of Hope. 180 boxes have already been collect and sent, Ms Craggs is sending the last 40 boxes in a GoGo today, please don’t send in any more boxes. Once again many thanks to Ms Jacki Craggs and her Year 5 students for all their hard work in promoting the Box of Hope and checking all the boxes.
Lost Property
We have a buildup of lost property outside the PTA. If you are missing any lunchboxes drink bottles, hats or clothes, Please take a look before the items become mouldy and stinky. The white large containers are outside our door. If there are any wonderful mummies out there that could volunteer to help sort through the lost property please make contact with us. Thank you!
Second hand children books and uniforms:
The PTA have many children’s books left over from the fair and available to purchase for only 10hkd each.
If you are looking for school uniforms, look no further than the PTA. We have plenty of stock for this coming winter all reduced to 20hkd. School bags reduced to 50hkd brand new.
Please come in between 8am – 2:45pm, Daily
We welcome any donations books, clean and fair condition uniforms, particularly fleeces.
Amazing Rainforest Fair
With all the interruptions in Hong Kong, we haven’t finalised our profits yet. We will let you all know as soon as we have.
House of Cards
Christmas paper from House of Cards has now arrived, hurry while stocks last!
