The Year 3 & 4 Social on the 17th January was well attended and fun was had by all. Many thanks to Siuling and all the volunteers who made the event a success.
The Lunar New Year celebration today was a wonderful event enjoyed by all who were able to attend. The students put on some lovely performances and the playground was a riot of colour. As usual, the PTA gave $15,000 Lai Sai money for Mr. Man and the caretaking team, who work hard all year round, keeping the school ship shape and in good working order.
Our next Pie Day will be held on Friday 14th February. The registration link will go out early in February by email and will also be posted on the PTA’s Facebook Group. Please use the link to order pies or sausage rolls for your children and then send payment promptly. Unfortunately, the PTA cannot accept late orders or payments from students after we have confirmed quantities with the supplier.
Lost property
Sorting and returning lost property is a never ending job so help from parents is always appreciated. If you can spare half an hour, please drop in. The lost property needs sorting every week and there is a mountain of it at the moment!
The PTA sells laundry marker pens and these are by far the easiest was to label clothing. If you want to buy labels, there are a number of companies operating in Hong Kong and locally, there is a company called Very Very Sticky, selling all types of labels – https://veryverysticky.com/.
